Deacon Sean is a second-generation Arizona native, raised in the East Valley. He attended public schools before graduating from Seton Catholic Preparatory, where he met his wife, Aryn. Married since June 2000, they reside in Chandler and are the proud parents of eight living children, with four more lovingly remembered in heaven.

After years of discerning a call to the diaconate, Deacon Sean entered formation and was ordained on November 5, 2022. He currently serves as a Client Service Associate with JPMorgan Chase in their Private Bank division.

Deeply impacted by the healing his wife received through the Grief to Grace retreat, Deacon Sean worked with her to bring the experience to others. In 2014, he and Aryn co-founded Restore Dignity, a ministry dedicated to offering God’s healing through Grief to Grace. With the blessing of Bishop Emeritus Thomas Olmsted, the first Phoenix-area retreat was held in 2015. Deacon Sean continues to serve on the English retreat team, helping others find restoration and hope.
